I went to the Bug BLANK gathering tonight, and learned a bit more about what Bug Labs is gestating. A Bug is a small, diskless, fanless, single board computer with Linux preloaded onto it, and a standardized peripheral interface. It comes

		<description>Dan - we could&#039;ve call it Bug+Dan, but I don&#039;t think it&#039;d be as inviting... ;)

Jed &amp; Ewan - thanks very much for the suggestions, we&#039;ll get out to as many places as we can! As soon as we know specific timing for events, we&#039;ll blog about them here, and have a section on the Web site as well.

Looking forward to meeting the rest of you tomorrow!

<description>While Austin would certainly be a great place to visit, I&#039;d like to suggest considering San Antonio - just down the road - instead. First off, I&#039;d be happy to give you a tour of Southwest Research Institute (where they may have a few uses for the product and they definitely have some knowledgeable hackers). Then lunch or dinner could be on San Antonio&#039;s famous Riverwalk. Plenty of good outdoor eateries there.

Just a suggestion,
Ewan

<description>Dave - would be great to have you attend. The parking situation is typical NYC. You MIGHT find parking on the street. That time of day (6PM) is actually not a terrible time to look. Just make sure you read parking the signs carefully. If that fails there are several public lots in the area where you can park but expect to pay $40 or so. Hope to see you there.
